Euromix™ NPS Keycoat Base Render is a dry mix, full polymer, cement based render formulated for application over non porous sheet and panel substrates, like, autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), expanded polystyrene (EPS), fibre cement (FC) and plaster based materials. Euromix™ NPS Keycoat Base Render is mixed with water only (no added Bond).
When used as a base coat, Euromix™ NPS Base Render can be applied up to 3-5 mm thick in one coat. Higher thicknesses can be achieved by applying multiple
Euromix™ NPS Base Render‘s polymer content is designed to enable the render to be mixed using water only. The required volume of clean, potable water should be poured into a mixing bucket. Then, steadily add the Euromix™ NPS Base Render powder to the water while mixing it using a suitable drill (or traditional concrete mixer), until it is smooth and lump free – this normally takes 3 to 4 minutes.
