Pre-seal is a water-based penetrating seal used for pre-sealing porous natural stone, tiles & pavers. It is designed to reduce the porosity of very porous stone & tiles to protect them from damage in the laying process.

  • High resistance water borne contaminants
  • Permits vapor transmission
  • Mould & mildew resistant
  • Suitable for internal & external use
  • For use on all Natural Stone & tiles
  • Provide a natural look finish
  • Does not affect adhesion of glues & grout
