Roof & Gutter Silicone is a high-temperature neutral-cure silicone designed for sealing flashings, gutter joints, downpipe junctions and roof penetrations.
- Neutral cure - safe on Colorbond, Zincalume and other zinc-coated steel without corroding the substrate.
- Wide temperature range - rated -60°C to 150°C (Bremick variant -62°C to 180°C), handles dark-roof summer surface temperatures and overnight winter contraction.
- Waterproof and UV resistant - withstands continuous sun and rain exposure without breaking down or chalking.
- Mould and mildew resistant - stays clean-looking in shaded gutter areas.
- NOT paintable - select to colour-match the roof/gutter when applying.
Good to know Best for: gutter lap joints, downpipe junctions, flashing edges, skylight perimeters, roof screw heads. AVOID over-bridging large gaps without backing material - silicone needs a defined joint to flex against.
